A regional investment fund approached us to be part of a due diligence team for assessing applications to the fund.
The fund’s aim was to provide support for the effective transfer of knowledge, skill and ideas from HEIs and FEIs to industry in order to stimulate the regional knowledge economy.
Team Services undertook the commercial component of the due diligence; assessing the long term potential for commercialisation of each application and the potential benefits to the local economy.
Each assessment was completed within a given time allocation and a report was submitted to the board summarising the application, using a report format developed by Team Services to meet the fund’s requirements.
