We typically provide mentoring for clients who want to transition from a purely technical role into a more commercial function.  Many of our clients have been technical leads on a technology that been developed within a university but has been moved into a company.  We help clients to acquire the sales and marketing skills they need in their new position, either to undertake commercial activities themselves or to manage the business development team within the company.

We also work on a voluntary basis with UnLtd, a charity that supports social entrepreneurs.  This is extremely challenging as the businesses are very diverse; recent projects include archaeology within the community and a website to help people cope with the stress associated with personal debt.
